About

I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker who received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Iowa. I have experience counseling individuals on adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, trauma, and various other mental health concerns.

I use a neurodivergent-affirming paradigm. I understand that living as a neurodivergent person in a neurotypical world can have a profound impact in many ways. If navigating this alone has been challenging, you are in the right place. Feel free to reach out to me in whatever method feels best for you.

If you need any kind of accommodations, please do not hesitate to ask – I will do my best to meet your specific needs.

My Approach to Therapy

In our work, I aim to empower you to grow while working toward your goals and build upon the resilience and strengths you have already cultivated throughout your life. I see you as the expert on your life, whereas I bring knowledge of evidence-based tools that provide you with techniques to enhance insight, self-awareness, and coping strategies aligned with your therapeutic goals.
